We are the construction and development company New Time from Batumi. Since the beginning of our history in 2014, our main goal has been quality construction.

We started our career back in 2013. First project was completed before the deadline and still gets the perfect reviews from apartments' owners.
It is one of the few dwelling buildings in Batumi, that are constructed using high-end materials. Two Mitsubishi elevators are installed.

The new resort Goderdzi is located in the unique climate zone in Adjara, on the Goderdzi Pass - just 100 kilometres from the Black Sea coast and 2000 meters above sea level.
Due to the proximity to the sea, Goderdzi resort is known as 'The most snowy ski resort in Georgia'. Snow depth exceeded 2 meters at the start of the season, three times greater than at other popular winter resorts in Georgia- Gudauri and Bakuriani. Four new international hotel chains are due to open in 2020.
